Cleanliness accolade for takeaway Evening Advertiser (Comment Column)
Purton curry restaurant Spice Express so impressed council environment health officials that they sent it a letter of congratulations.
The takeaway was a finalist in this years Swindon Council Curry Chef of the Year contest.
Following
a recent inspection, environment health officer Les Birch wrote: “I
wish to congratulate you and your staff for achieving you and your staff
for achieving and maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and good
practice.
“It is a pleasure to inspect such a well-managed establishment. Congratulations to you and your staff for a job well done.”
It
is rare for environmental health officers to be so impressed with a restaurants
performance that they offer such congratulation.
